RETURNS
We ask that you always email us first before taking any other kind of action if you have a problem with the fit of your item - please contact -> Beatwear Outlet
Outlet : We are unable to exchange or refund sale/clearance items sent to any addresses outside of the UK. This includes : All 'Sale Boots' and all 'Sale Clothing' items.
** UK : Before requesting a return - please think about whether you could sell the item on (or get them altered for you) -due to the discounted price and the fact that the Beatwear Clothing range has been discontinued you may even make a profit if you sold them on!
Before returning an item to Beatwear/Beatwear Outlet -please email for a Return Authorisation Code (RAC) stating the reason for return and whether an exchange is required.
Please Note - A return address will be given on request of the Return Authorisation Code (RAC) via email
- All customers returning or exchanging items from Beatwear must cover return costs. Return your item using the most cost effective shipping to you ... ( ie USPS for USA etc..)- Customer provides return shipping.
- Store : Any Beatwear Boot returns, outside of the UK, must be declared ..."RETURNED BRITISH GOODS" on the customer section of the return label and have a Customs Value not exceeding £100.
- Outlet : We do not exchange or refund sale/clearance items sent to any addresses outside of the UK. This includes : Anything from the 'Sale Boots' Menu and Anything from the Any 'Sale Clothing' Menu.
- Improper declared returns may incur additional fees by customers and have an impact on the expected refund or we may refuse to accept the package.
- Please include your name and address in the returned package and quote your Return Authorisation Code (RAC)
- Goods must be returned as new, in original box and received by us within 14 days for UK or/ 28 days for outside of the UK
- Please choose a service that is trackable as we cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost returns.
