ORDER PROCESSING

All orders will be processed asap, and sent out within 3 working days, pending on the item availability, payment and address check.

Once payment has been accepted the order cannot be amended.

Products will be sent to the billing address given unless prior agreement has been accepted between Beatwear/Beatwear Outlet and the Customer.
It is the customers responsibility to notify us of any error or change in address if the information given is incorrect.

Beatwear/Beatwear Outlet reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.

The exchange rate that is used when making a purchase is determined by your credit card provider at the time of purchase. 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

We utilise the Royal Mail, DLH, FedEX or UPS for all orders.

Please note orders will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved.

All orders are trackable - delivery time frames begin from the date of dispatch.

All additional taxes and import duties levied by the customers government are the responsibility of the customer.

All risk in the items in your order – including risk of loss and/or damage to the said items – shall pass to the customer as from the time they are handed over to the courier.

*We are not able to ship to a PO Box under any circumstance.

For International shipments we require a contact telephone number for courier and customs purposes only. If you have not provided a contact telephone number then your delivery will be delayed until it is supplied.

Beatwear/Beatwear Outlet cannot be held responsible for the delay or default in the shipping of the items in the case of any event outside of it’s control – including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, fires, flood, failure or delay of the Courier Service. This list also includes computer failure, software errors, accidents, riots, civil uprising, national or local strikes and stoppages. Also Covid and other global medical emergencies.
